Mengermania updates

I finally got around to getting a proper domain for Mengermania: Mengermania.com. Now it's easy to find the site whenever you need it. The old mengermania.c82.net will continue to work but from now on, please use mengermania.com.
The feeds have also been fixed. I apologize for the problems anyone has been experiencing. You won't need to change your subscriptions as the fixes are already in place.
